Health and Beauty Fair Calahonda 18-19 June

This year is the second Health & Beauty Fair to be held in Las Postas Commercial Centre in Calahonda (opposite El Zoco). It is being held this Friday and Saturday from 7pm to midnight and will have a wide range of stalls selling health and beauty products as well as offering treatments and advice. Why not pop down with some friends take a look around and enjoy a drink at the New Black Cat?!

1. Heidi from Simply Nails will be there on Friday evening with her fantastic Minx Nails, so you can "Get Minxed" with the latest fashionable nails check out her facebook page for more info

How to be more profitable through outsourcing

As a small business, finding the time to do what you need to be profitable is a real struggle, especially if you work on your own. Most of us try to juggle new business creation, networking, client management and admin with the actual process of doing the work and it can be a very stressfull task!

I've seen an excellent article about outsourcing and how it can help you to be profitable by Bernadette Doyle. She says you need to start by asking yourself the following questions:

"I currently spend most of my time on ________."
