Spring Clean Your Mind with EFT - 22 May

We spring clean our houses, throw out any food that’s out of date, de-clutter our wardrobes and debug our computers. And now it’s time to spring clean our minds!

The job of our brain is to prove us right! And quite literally, the world reflects our beliefs. So if something isn’t working in your life… check your beliefs! In the words of Ford: ‘If you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.’

In this workshop you will identify what isn’t working in your life and using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) also known as Tapping you will:
· Identify your beliefs
· Eliminate old limiting beliefs and
· Install new positive beliefs
Then you can just sit back and watch as your life changes to reflect your new beliefs!

Quiz Night Da Vinci's Bar San Pedro 20/05/10

Hannah Murray from Talk Radio Europe will be quiz mistress every other Thursday at 8pm at Da Vinci's Bar in San Pedro and everyone's welcome to attend. We went to the last quiz she hosted and it was great fun, although we weren't very clever!

If you enjoy a good night out and testing your general knowledge this will be perfect for you. There will be nine rounds including Sport, Geography, History, Music, Entertainment, General Knowledge, Art & Literature, Science & Nature, plus a special picture round! Natura Malaga 14-16/05, Malaga Exhibition and Congress Centre

Natura Málaga is an the exhibition for Healthy Living and Sustainable Development which will be held from 14 to 16 May at the Exhibition and Congress Centre of Malaga (FYCMA). There will be over 100 exhibitors offering products and services such as organic food, sustainable and environment-friendly solutions, natural and alternative therapies for personal growth. There will also be speakers and activities and it will host the Costa del Sol Yoga Congress.

MAY 27 British Consulate Spring Garden Party for Age Concern

Age Concern in conjunction with the British Consulate in Malaga are holding a Spring Garden Party on May 27 at the Sohail Castle in Fuengirola. TICKETS have just been put on sale for this highly anticipated event. They can be bought from Bookworld stores in Banus, San Pedro and Fuengirola for just 15€ per person. The aim is to increase awareness of the British Consulate-Age Concern Project and the incredibly important work is does. It also aims to raise funds to provide training to over 60 volunteer caseworkers who provide essential help and services for elderly expatriates within the community.

British Ambassador to Spain, Sir Giles Paxman will be attending the event, and X Factor star Rowetta has already agreed to fly out to perform for free.
