Service with Excellence

Amazing what floats our boats or triggers our stresses! How often do you go to a presentation and think “I could do better than that” or perhaps you’re sitting in a restaurant and thinking “What on earth do they think customer service is all about?” At the end of the day we all have our own models of the world and what is important to one person is so not on the other person’s wavelength. So what should we do? Aim for the lowest common denominator or strive to serve with excellence 100% of the time? Well guess what the highest earning successful entrepreneurs will answer you! Yep .... Service With Excellence all the time! And what does that entail? Well we’d like to start this 2009 blog asking you for your input to let us know what you feel is service with excellence. We know you’ve got the answers!!! “
