4. CONTROL YOUR PORTION SIZE
5. SLOW DOWN YOUR EATING
6. MAKE CHANGES TO BOTH YOUR DIET AND YOUR EXERCISE LEVELS.
7. PUT SOME PHOTOS OF YOURSELF ON THE FRIDGE.
8. DON’T GO SHOPPING WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY.
9. TELL EVERYONE!
