Promotion cooking classes


1 – Winter Lebanese menu

- Starter: delicious Lebanese soup (broth) with chicken ‘organic’, saffron & chives
- Main dish: ground lamb cooked with brown basmati rice, cardamom & pistachio, served with roasted chicken (from the broth)
- Accompaniment: braised vegetables
- Dessert: Almond cream with exotic fruits, rose water & meringue bruleé



2 - Andalucian menu:

- Starter: stuffed piquillos ‘small red peppers’ with tuna fish, green sauce
- Main dish: duck stew with oranges, olives & Jerez sauce
- Accompaniment: vegetables
- Dessert: caramelized apples tortilla with hazelnuts

- Wine: Rioja red and Rueda white wine
- Green tea with fresh mint


Class starts at 11:am to 3:30pm – Lunch at 2:pm
