Working with the Transformation Centre, La Chispa invites you to join us for a day of personal development at the Nazarene Centre, Coín.
The day will be made up of 3 workshops focussing on developing:
MIND (the Way of the Master)
BODY (The Way of the Warrior)
SPIRIT (The Way of the Heart)
Wouldn't it be great if school could teach us how to process our feelings in a constructive way? How to listen to our body? How to work through our relationships? How to develop from all of life’s challenges? How to maintain the connection to the creative part in us? How to create a fulfilling life for ourselves? We invite you to an introduction day to experience our unique teaching. We will give three working sessions and one session just for pure fun.
