The seminar will deal with the discrepancy between appearances and actual performance and will contain practical advice on how to improve your profitability.

1. Insufficient profit margins set without a full understanding of turnover, cost of sales and overheads
2. Mismanagement of cash-flow – this often arises from lack of understanding of your balance sheet and tax requirements
This seminar will offer you practical steps that you can take to improve your profit margins, cut costs and fully understand the financial health of your company so you can make the right decisions.
